Inside Sales Representative

We are currently seeking an In-house Sales Representative. The candidate will be responsible for managing outbound sales of products and customer relationships and will report to our Director of Sales. The ideal candidate has the motivation and discipline to generate monthly sales and provide a superior customer service experience with excellent sales logs and data management.


Responsibilities

  • Actively follow up on all leads within assigned territory via phone and email
  • Submit orders for ease of processing with clear details
  • Ensure a high level of customer service and relationship management
  • Prepare and maintain data necessary to create a variety of reports


Qualifications/Skills:

  • 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced sales environment is an asset
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Microsoft Excel and Outlook – intermediate-level skills required
  • Fast learner
  • Strong work ethic
