Reporting to the Controller, the Customer Service / Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for obtaining sales data from retailers, analyzing, and reporting it. The ideal candidate is organized, skilled with Microsoft Excel, and provides a superior customer service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Actively follow up with all clients to obtain monthly sales data by phone and email
  • Input, organize, format, and understand data
  • Prepare and maintain data necessary to create a variety of reports
  • Invoicing and issuing credit notes

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications

  • Microsoft Excel – intermediate-level skills required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
