Account Manager

Are you highly skilled in Excel, passionate about retail, and adept at translating data into actionable strategies? We’re seeking a Key Account Manager to lead one of our premier national retail accounts—someone who combines strategic vision, analytical expertise, and operational excellence.

About this role:
In this role, you’ll take full ownership of a major retail partnership—from initial pitch through to daily operations and long-term growth. Your sharp eye for detail and strong Excel skills will be crucial in tracking performance and driving results across thousands of stores.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing the full lifecycle of the retail account—from onboarding to rollout and beyond
• Using advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, dashboards, forecasting tools) to track sales, inventory, and program KPIs
• Delivering clear, data-driven insights to both internal teams and retail partners
• Developing and executing sell-in strategies, promotional plans, and growth roadmaps
• Coordinating across departments (logistics, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless execution
• Spotting opportunities for product placement, expansion, and increased ROI
• Continuously monitoring performance and recommending solutions for improvement

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience managing national or key retail accounts
• Expert-level Excel skills—you’re comfortable working with large data sets and building reports from scratch
• Strong understanding of retail metrics (sell-through, margin, inventory turns, etc.)
• Strategic mindset with a knack for follow-through and execution
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
